New Hairstyle?

So I am thinking of getting my hair cut shorter but I am not sure what to do. I have decided that I just take better care of my hair when it is short and it just looks curlier and more full of life :) so here are some things that I am thinking of doing. What do you think?

#3 I am not sure if my face is too fat for this look but my hair would do it!

    I like the 1st one the best. But the model looks scary. The 2nd one is really cute too. But I don't think the 3rd one would be becoming.
